I'm a product designer based in New York. Originally hailing from the beautiful island of Sri Lanka, my journey in design has taken me across the globe. With a background in cognitive science and human-computer interaction, I’m constantly striving to bridge the gap between technology and user experience.

In my current role at AlphaSights, I've had the privilege of working on over 34 shipped projects across 8 pods. Beyond that, as the design systems lead, I've been instrumental in crafting a brand-new design system, shaping our products' visual identity, ensuring accessibility, and maintaining an unwavering standard of design excellence.

My journey began at UCSD, inspired by a lecture by Don Norman, which laid the foundation for my career. Before joining AlphaSights, I honed my skills as a Product Designer at PAQ, a startup in the wearables industry, and at the UCSD Office for Students with Disabilities, gaining invaluable experience along the way.

Beyond design, I have a passion for powerlifting. In both powerlifting and design, I find joy in the relentless pursuit of improvement through meticulous testing, precise analysis, and iterative refinement.
